| Due to the increasing popularity of single age groups (9, 10, 11, 12, etc.), we will be scheduling single age groups for all 2010 events if possible. If, however, the number of participating teams requires that we combine age groups (10, 12, 14, etc.), we reserve the right to do so. |

| In order to avoid the hassle of parents paying a daily gate admission fee, we have arranged for a pre-paid gate charge (required) for this event. Each team shall mail a check for $100 two weeks prior to the event or sooner. Credit card payments are also acceptable via phone. This will cover ALL spectators for ALL five days of the event. Any gate fees not received two weeks prior to the event will result in a $125 charge upon check-in on site. |
| PSE Travel is the official hotel service for Game Day USA. All Out-of-Town Teams are required to book their rooms through PSE Travel. They have secured hotel room blocks for each tournament that offer competitive rates, are sports friendly, and close to the venue(s). You can book your rooms online at http://gopremierevents.com/index/event_detail/267 or by contacting them directly at 269-978-2418 or by email at gameday@gopremierevents.com. Our events typically fill up the local hotels, so please take care of your accommodations as soon as possible. |

| This event will feature professional event management and staff, coaches gifts and welcome packet, licensed professional umpires, information on local attractions, souvenir t-shirts and concessions, and great team and individual awards. It will also feature an opening ceremony/parade, pin trading, etc. |
| Add $150 to your entry fee and each player and coach on your team (maximum 15) will receive a souvenir tournament t-shirt upon check-in at the event. Add $300 for hooded sweatshirts. We will contact you to confirm sizing. |
| Add $100 to your entry fee and each player and coach on your team (maximum 15) will receive a pair of custom softball sunglasses (400 UV lens) in your team colors. We will contact you to confirm your colors. |
| Add $150 to your entry fee and the Head Coach will receive 2 dozen tournament grade softballs (Wilson or Rawlings), a ball bucket with lid, 2 scorebooks, and 10 lineup cards. |
